Easter is next Sunday and while hunting around on the Family Foodie blog for and Easter recipe, I found these adorbs Easter Cupcakes. Seriously ya’ll- how stinkin’ cute are these little guys?!?
So, obviously you can probably tell I didn’t follow her recipe since my cupcakes are chocolate and hers were vanilla, but the idea is still there and I think that counts for something! LOL. All I did was make a box mix and then slap on some yummy vanilla icing and then shaved a chocolate bar on top to make my nest, added some speckled egg shaped jelly beans, and VOILA! I had my cute little Easter cupcakes.
This dessert comes together pretty quickly if you cheat like I did so if you are responsible for bringing desserts for your Easter celebration Sunday I would totally recommend these!
