Resources and Tools

This page is a work in progress, and many of the links listed below are affiliate links that give me a small commission if you purchase through them (at no additional cost to you!). Thanks in advance for your support. That said, these are the resources and tools I use in my business.

Podcasting Resources and Tools

Hosting

RSS.com. Start your podcast for free, and get 30 days free at checkout with code RSSFREEMONTH. Or, if you already have a podcast host, and want to switch, head here and get 6 months free when you switch!

Show Notes

What I love about CastMagic, is that I can get not just a transcript, but a transcript that is split by speaker. This helps me make quick work of creating show notes, blog posts, and other content from a single podcast episode. You can try it for free here!

Editing

Though I know it’s not nearly as fancy as many of the podcast editing tools on the market, I am still using Audacity right now for most of my podcast editing. This might change in the near future.

Written Content Creation Resources and Tools

Writing

Believe it or not, I write 90% of my posts within Google Drive. This makes it easy to collaborate with my clients and quickly implement edits when necessary.

AI Text

Let the record show I still prefer to research and write all my content myself. But, when I do need assistance with AI text generation, or when my clients insist on it, I use Claude.ai

Social Media and Graphics Resources and Tools

Canva

Unless my client provides graphics for me to use, I use Canva to create any graphics I share on social media pages.
